01. Drainage & Shell Keying

We drain the pool, sand or chip the underlying substrate, and cut deep anchor keyways below the coping line and around all pipe fittings.

02. Resin & Fibreglass Lamination

High-tensile fibreglass matting is hand-laid across the pool floor and walls, completely saturated with premium grade resin to form a solid composite layer.

03. Tissue & Sanding Layer

A fine finishing tissue layer is applied, cured, and hand-sanded smooth to eliminate sharp fibers and ensure a perfectly uniform contour.

04. Gelcoat Finishing & Mosaic Application

We apply a high-durability, UV-resistant gelcoat topcoat in your chosen color, complete with waterline mosaic tiles and non-slip step markings.
